That irritation experience that something’s not exactly best. That subdued feeling of distrust, maybe of someone, or even some thing.
It might focus on a simple concern that pops up seemingly of no place, but sooner or later it gets a powerful focus. Our mind begins to spiral and all of a-sudden your mental energy is becoming drained by something if not need to have been a nonissue.
We now have a term for this. It’s not nice. The word may even conjure up files of instability if not insanity.
We call it: paranoia.
